The rules of JobBid.

JobBid is a public talent leaderboard. You pay for visibility, your completed bid sets your position, and the same rules apply to everyone.

Rank is the paid bid

  • The highest captured bid ranks first. There is no quality score, editorial pick, engagement signal, or hidden algorithm.
  • The amount comes from Razorpay's captured payment and is matched against the server-created order—never trusted from the browser.
  • Equal bids are ordered by who reached that paid amount first.
  • A returning bidder replaces their previous bid with a strictly higher paid bid; bids are not cumulative.

One profile per email

  • There are no accounts. A private hash of the Checkout email is the stable identity for one professional profile.
  • Using the same email updates the existing row after a higher payment; it cannot create duplicate rows.
  • Use your name, intended role, honest 100-character pitch, and one portfolio, GitHub, or LinkedIn URL.
  • Spam, impersonation, deceptive links, adult content, and illegal content are not allowed.

Taking a row

  • To pass another profile, your paid bid must finish strictly above the exact amount shown beside that row.
  • An equal bid does not pass a profile that reached the amount earlier.
  • You do not have to aim for #1. Your captured bid buys whatever position it can take.
  • Country boards rank profiles within that country; All countries shows the global order.

Amounts and payment

  • Every payment starts at ₹50 and a single bid is capped at ₹1,00,00,000.
  • Razorpay processes payments securely; JobBid never receives or stores card, bank, or UPI credentials.
  • The exact captured amount is the amount that counts toward rank.
  • A failed, incomplete, mismatched, or forged payment never changes the leaderboard.

What a paid row means

  • A paid row buys public placement on JobBid. It is not an endorsement, review, security assessment, hiring recommendation, or guarantee.
  • Your name, role, country, pitch, bid, link, and optional résumé are public. Résumés must be PDFs up to 5 MB.
  • Outbound portfolio links are marked nofollow and noreferrer; JobBid does not sell search-engine ranking signals.
  • Unsafe, illegal, hateful, deceptive, infringing, or processor-risk listings may be hidden without notice.

Refunds and guarantees

  • Being outbid moves your profile down—it does not remove it from the board.
  • Bids pay for leaderboard placement and are not automatically refunded when another person outbids you.
  • Duplicate charges and confirmed technical failures are handled under the published Refund and Cancellation Policy.
  • JobBid is provided as-is, without a promise of uptime, traffic, clicks, recruiter interest, employment, or continued existence.
